Since autumn 2005 the School of Social Work at Lund University has offered the experimental course “Social Mobilisation and Structural Change”. Two student groups participate: social work students in their final semester and students recruited from different service user organisations. The course creates a platform for mutual and cross-cultural learning. A fundamental idea is that knowledge production should be inclusive and mobilising –not only for professionals but also for service users.
